Apartamentos Aloha 2 Centro El Puerto de Santa Maria

The location may be good, but this place just isn’t worth it. There were cockroaches of all sizes everywhere, thousands of them, and we couldn’t even sit on the sofa. The doors were badly damaged by damp, the shower curtain had fleas, they left only half a roll of toilet paper and no kitchen roll, and there was just one tiny wastebasket for the whole apartment. The bedroom had no blind, the curtain fell down several times, and the cleaning wasn’t great. It’s shameful to rent the apartment in that state. We tried to complain, but the owner wouldn’t refund us or offer another apartment. They only said they’d fumigate after we left, which was no use to us.

WARNING: They handed over the apartment in a deplorable state, and from what I can tell, this has been going on for years. These are the same people managing Apartamentos Racimo, at Calle Espíritu Santo 34, also in El Puerto de Santa María, and Apartamentos Centro 2 El Puerto, farther down the street from Aloha 2. They probably manage more places nearby. They also make money through scams, as many comments mention, by refusing refunds. Do your research and stop giving these people your money. 👍🏻

Cockroaches showed up repeatedly during our stay: first in the kitchen on day one, then in both the bathroom and kitchen on days two and three. We sent videos to the manager, but she ignored them and never replied. The infestation is unsanitary. There was very little toilet paper, few trash bags, and no napkins. The extractor fan didn’t work, and the apartment lights were too dim. It’s listed for six people, but there’s only closet space for two and not enough room for six. Regards.

We won’t stay there again. Cockroaches appeared several times, in the kitchen on the first day and in the bathroom and kitchen on the next two. We told the landlady, but she didn’t even reply. The apartment was supposedly for six, but there were only one or two closets and it was too small for six people to fit comfortably. The extractor fan didn’t work, and the bathroom light was very dim.
