We stayed for eight days while visiting family nearby, and the hotel was easy to reach. There was plenty of free parking across the street. There's also a paid enclosed lot at the hotel, but we didn't use it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our clean, spacious room was quiet, with comfortable beds and all the amenities a traveller needs. The buffet was good value and had something for everyone: eggs, bacon, beans, tortilla de patata, baked goods, fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, coffee and juices. There's a lovely rooftop pool for anyone who doesn't fancy the roughly 15-minute walk along the boardwalk to the local beach. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, there's plenty to see, and the grocery store just down the street came in handy. I highly recommend it for the comfort, location and value.

The calm, cozy atmosphere and attention to detail made our stay feel special, and the facilities were fantastic. The hotel is right in the heart of town, within walking distance of restaurants, historic sites and the ferry to Cádiz. Our room was super clean, the beds very comfortable, and the modern, stylish design was lovely. From arrival, the staff were welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options. We had an amazing stay at Soho Boutique Hotel in Puerto de Santa María and highly recommend it for leisure or business. Can't wait to come back! I wish I could remember the housekeeping lady I met Saturday and Sunday, Oct 18 and 19. She was lovely!

The reception team were friendly and efficient, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. All the staff were kind, attentive and ready to help. Hotel Soho Boutique Puerto is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a level of care and professionalism that deserves more than its official star rating. The location is a real plus: a short walk from the city centre and surrounded by tapas bars with amazing food. There's secure parking right next to the hotel. Our comfortable, well-equipped room had a coffee machine, complimentary water and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was bright, stylish and perfectly clean. It was a comfortable base for exploring El Puerto de Santa María and its local charm. We felt at ease and well looked after, and would gladly return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Mostly, everything was okay, though the rooms are a bit worn and I was surprised there wasn't an open bar at the hotel. My one complaint is the parking charge: we had two motorcycles in one bay, but were charged €10 per bike per night, so €20 for the space. A car would've cost only €10. That didn't seem fair, and I've never come across another hotel that charges this way.
