Ventana al Mar

This lovely old finca has been renovated in a way that keeps its handmade character while adding modern comforts. You’ll need your own car to get around, and the steep, winding roads may not suit everyone. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, quick to communicate in English, German, and Spanish, and happy to help with any little concern. It had all the essentials, plus a light projector for movie nights and a hot jacuzzi where we spent many evenings looking at the stars. We visited lots of beautiful places from here, and I hope to come back someday.

Dorothea was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The place has a large house, a lovely garden, and a nice studio, and the jacuzzi is a big plus. We’d recommend it.

We spent a week with friends at Finca Ventana al Mar and had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the sea was unforgettable, and the outdoor hot tub was the best part. It was convenient that the sea was only a 15-minute drive away.

The hosts were super friendly, and the property was wonderful, with a magnificent view and a hot tub. We got a rainy week, though, so we spent a lot of time reading by the fireplace. Wicker chairs would be nice there.
