We paid €159 a night and came away feeling ripped off. The kitchen wasn’t properly equipped, with too few small spoons for six people, and the TV was tiny with no channels. When the induction hob failed while I was heating broth, I had to go out and buy pizzas. I reported it, but they answered by pointing to a clean pot as proof we could cook, and said the countertop was new and would be replaced. They also brought up a garbage bag we’d forgotten, as if that excused the problem. The staff on the phone were rude and the service was poor.
