Hotel ibis Elche

The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was only a 10-12 minute walk to the stadium, which suited our trip for a football match. The lobby restaurant was beautifully designed, with tasty food and a very good breakfast. Housekeeping were friendly and lovely throughout. Before we arrived, the team answered my questions quickly by email and gave accurate, detailed information. A special thank you to the team on duty when we checked out on the morning of October 12th. I believe one person was the manager, as they weren’t in the standard uniform. Another kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for my mother and me, and the person looking after the breakfast area was attentive too. Your kindness made our morning special. You’re true Heartists, and our stay was wonderful.

Our flight was cancelled, so we had to find somewhere to stay for the evening ourselves. We booked this Ibis and found it very reasonably priced and well located. The staff were lovely, and the room was clean and quite spacious. We had some food, which was lovely, then turned in early before our very early flight. It would have been nice to have hot drinks in the room, but it was easy enough to bring one up from the restaurant’s self-service machine. Thank you. October 1st 25

A good-value, no-frills place for a business trip or stopover. The rooms are modern and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is strong. It was quiet despite the industrial area. There’s free parking and a 24-hour bar, with friendly staff. Breakfast was decent, and the center and palm grove are about a 10-minute drive away.

The staff were really nice, and the café/bar stayed open 24/7, which felt comfortable even late at night, unlike at some other hotels. It’s a good standard Ibis, though a bit far from the city center. It was close to the places I had meetings, and the toilets could be a little bigger. Otherwise, all good!
