The hotel team are so kind and always ready to help. I came for a couple of days of rest, and this peaceful spot in the Menorcan countryside was just right. I didn't have a car, but they made things easy with room service dinner and an in-room massage. Breakfast on the pretty terrace each morning was delicious, too. A hidden gem, and I'd love to come back.

A huge pool, thoughtful eco-friendly design, and a lovely staff made this a fantastic stay. It feels like a real farm, with peacocks, a pony, and roosters greeting you in the morning. Farida and her whole team were wonderful, and breakfast each day set me up for exploring from this great base in northern Menorca. If you want a peaceful retreat, this is it and more. Highly recommended!

The gardens and pool are stunning, the design is impressive, and breakfast was delicious, though there was no cooked option. The woman making coffee was a highlight, even offering to prepare some early before our departure. The hotel has real potential, but our stay felt mixed and, at times, uncomfortable. You really need a car here. There are no nearby shops or services, so planning ahead matters. The hotel is beside a busy road. We couldn't hear it from the rooms, but we could by the pool. Some parts of the property feel brand new while others are still being built. It's presented as a boutique agriturismo, though being part of a larger hotel chain changes the atmosphere a little. Our room was spacious, but lacked basics: very few power sockets, limited lighting, and no bottle opener. The shower design caused flooding and felt like a safety issue. Service was the weakest part. We didn't feel welcome when we arrived and nearly left for another hotel. After check-in, staff were rarely around. There was no welcome sheet with wifi or information about the area, and no bar, restaurant, or other service. Elise was lovely over text before our stay and helped us book dinner, but we barely saw anyone after that. The overall manager left us uneasy rather than cared for. We also saw a loud argument between cleaning staff inside our room while we stood outside. It was uncomfortable and not what you'd expect at a hotel. With better management and attention to hospitality, this could be a five-star stay. As it was, the lack of service and detail let down a place that should be incredible. It was disappointing, somewhat uncomfortable, and very overpriced. We wouldn't stay again at this price for this level of service.

Our daughter first recommended this place, and now we're passing it on to you, even though we'd almost rather keep it a secret. We loved the atmosphere and location, and our room was fantastic. The pool was Olympic size, with plenty of comfortable loungers. Ferida, the owner, and all her staff were super friendly and attentive.
