The superior room was a real highlight: it had a private jacuzzi and two balconies with beautiful mountain views. We also appreciated the free parking, and Grandvalira is about a 50-minute drive away, which makes the hotel handy for skiing. It’s a peaceful mountain retreat, with a cozy lobby fireplace where we could relax with drinks and snacks from the bar. The restaurant served food that went beyond our expectations, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We had an incredible time here and would highly recommend it for a relaxing, luxurious getaway.

There are hiking options right from the hotel, and it’s easy to get there by car. Up in the mountains, the location and fresh air are wonderful. We spent New Year’s Eve here and were glad we chose this cozy place. The lovely people, delicious food, and wine made it even better. We can’t wait to return. Thanks for a great stay.

Our two dogs came with us, and the very reasonable pet policy was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. We had a magical four-night stay: it was peaceful, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was refreshing. Dinner on the upstairs balcony was a treat, especially with that amazing starry view. The food was fantastic and everyone was so friendly. A lovely, relaxing long weekend. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean and the receptionist was very polite, but breakfast was a different story. A very rude man dealt with us twice, which was unacceptable. The cheese wasn’t precut, and there was nothing to use to serve it except each guest’s bare hands. Very unhygienic. We ordered three dishes and three desserts at dinner and regretted every one. We’ve eaten better at any highway restaurant.
