A shame about the cleaning. The apartment was centrally located and well maintained, but when we arrived it was very dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. The fourth bed wasn’t made, and there was hair on the sheets. They need to do a better job cleaning.

I’m giving one star for the location. We rented “Apartment Cabildo III, Calle Federico Sánchez Bedoya” in April 2024, and the photos on the website looked nothing like the place we found. For what seems to be a professional agency, showing such nice pictures of this apartment felt deliberately misleading and was unacceptable. The apartment was in a dilapidated state: the floor was rotten from damp, some shutters were broken and couldn’t be raised or lowered, the baseboards were coming loose, and there was mold on the bathroom grout. The sofa bed was broken and unusable for sleeping. Cockroaches were crawling through holes in the walls. I texted the manager and got a weak apology, with no compensation. At €1200 a week, or nearly €5000 a month, it felt like profit came before tourists. I was very disappointed and would avoid this accommodation. The other apartments offered by the agency may have the same unpleasant surprises. Seville is a magnificent city to visit, but choose your accommodation carefully. Joachim
