Situacion excepcional plaza Ayuntamiento

It’s in a great location, but the room was pretty basic. It was mostly fine, though I spotted a few silverfish, possibly because the bathroom didn’t ventilate well. That’s not something you want to find in your room. There wasn’t really staff on site to ask for help or get answers, so I’d say it suits younger or more experienced travellers better. If you need much support or accessibility, that could be a problem.

The fourth-floor terrace was a highlight, and the staff were terrific, especially Armine, who was kind, clear and helpful. The area felt very safe and quiet, even though attractions, bars and restaurants were all an easy walk away. Our room wasn’t large, but two people had enough space and it was clean. Prices can get a bit high depending on the season, though I thought the comfort made it a fair trade.

After a busy day in Seville, this place had everything I wanted. The rooms were just right, the service was friendly and efficient, and the price was good. Its spot right in the middle of the city is hard to beat. Highly recommended.

The room was small, but clean, and housekeeping came daily. The air conditioning was fantastic. The bathroom was tiny too, especially the shower stall, but it did the job. There weren’t any tea or coffee facilities, although plenty of cafes and bars are right nearby. Check-in was self service, with thorough instructions sent ahead that were easy to follow. It’s very central for shops, restaurants and bars. A pleasant stay, and I’d return.
