The welcoming lady was genuinely helpful, and the location worked well for us, with decent parking nearby by Spanish standards. We also thought it was fair value and left without regrets. It’s an old house with some charm, but the beds were really poor and I barely slept the first two nights. One second-floor room had broken AC, making sleep almost impossible. The bathrooms are tiny, and the kitchen only works for one person cooking at a time. Cleaning could be better too, with lots of debris under the third-floor sofa. There are rooms across three floors and a roof terrace, but at 45 degrees in the day and still over 30 in the evening, we hardly used it. We spent most of our time on the third floor, where there’s a dining space, kitchen, and TV.

We were on the first floor, and it felt clean and welcoming. Both bedrooms were lovely and had their own bathrooms, with the first bedroom especially nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. It’s a great spot, close to the Cathedral and right beside the Bullring. The old windows let in a bit of street noise, though the street is thankfully very quiet. There’s also a rooftop terrace, which we skipped because of the heat. I’d come back.

We had a very cozy two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, including several sets of glasses and goblets. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was especially handy, and they’d even left washing capsules for us. I’d happily stay here again if we return to Seville.

The upstairs toilet brush was disgusting, and the shower up there didn’t drain properly. We also found some dead cockroaches. The apartment was freezing downstairs even with the thermostat set to 30 degrees Celsius, while upstairs it was very hot. The hot water tank couldn’t keep up with four people showering. Checkout at 11:00 AM felt a bit early, and they made sure to remind us.
