The check-in form asked for my ID’s issue date, but that detail wasn’t on my ID, so it showed an error and wouldn’t let me continue. Then, to our surprise, we got an email saying check-in was complete, after we’d already left. They won’t refund the money even though we won’t be using the room. Terrible.

The room and bathroom were small, especially the bathroom, but both were clean, new, and well maintained. They didn’t grant my request for a large bed, presumably because none was available, and I wasn’t happy about that.

Opened in 2025, this place has clean, comfortable rooms. The mattress was especially good for stretching my back and relaxing after a long Camino day. For two people, it cost even less than a backpacker bed. A kettle in the shared areas for boiling water would be a nice addition.

The location is perfect, with lots of places to go out nearby. There’s no restaurant or reception, but everything else was perfectly adequate, and the new rooms are comfortable. Check-in is self-service, with the entry codes sent by WhatsApp. It was very simple, and they provide a contact number in case anything comes up, though I didn’t need to use it. Everything was very good, and I highly recommend it.

After walking all day from Puente la Raina to Estella on the Camino, arriving to find this clean, well-kept, comfortable room felt like a gift. It’s well located, with lots of delicious restaurants around. I highly recommend it, don’t think twice. 💜
