This is a pleasant urbanisation within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and only a short drive from Estepona and San Pedro.

I manage 2 apartments in this complex and simply love it. It’s quiet and modern, and Jesus is always super helpful. There’s a great pool for kids and lovely views, even though the new construction next to it is there now.

Cancelada is a hidden gem, with good views, a great location, and easy walking access to the village and beach. It’s also close to Los Flamingos golf course.

The apartments are modern and finished to a high standard. Roomservices.one has two of them in its portfolio.
