If you have a pet, avoid this place. The concierge only complains and gives out unfair fines. He’s never collected a parcel for us or let us get to our mail. All in all, it’s not worth it.

The apartments are lovely, spacious and luxurious, with stunning beach views. The urbanisation is quiet and sophisticated, on the new golden mile. It’s a gated community with beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, co-working, a gym, sauna and hamman.

I bought a penthouse two years ago. Kronos promised to fix everything under the first-year warranty, but they only make promises and nothing gets done. There’s a roof leak, and the wardrobes have rotted, yet nobody cares despite my 20 emails. The walls have lots of cracks, the heating, air conditioning and water systems keep having problems, and the tiles were installed with no quality at all. The balcony glass frames don’t line up. Both the outdoor and indoor pools are closed, but we still pay the same community fee. I’ve attached a few pictures. This penthouse looks like a bad investment that will only bring expenses.
