Carlos welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and the fridge had three bottles of cold water. There were coffee capsules and a coffee maker, plus dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, and lots more. The apartment was spotless and had all kinds of amenities, so it felt like home. We’ll definitely come back. 100% recommended.

Carlos was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again. We were three people in the first week of July 2022. The apartment has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, plus three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air conditioning was excellent, and every detail seemed to have been thought through.

We were really pleased with our stay. We’ve travelled extensively around Europe, including Spain, so we have plenty to compare it with, and I’ve never experienced this kind of service anywhere else. Carlos made it such a lovely experience. The old town is charming, and the beach is just a 10-minute drive away. The beds were comfortable, the linens incredibly soft and high quality, and the towels crisp and white. Breakfast, organic coffee, drinking water, a full set of quality dishes, good appliances, and so many unexpected little touches were all there. The apartment felt like a 5-star hotel, with care in every detail and service that was almost invisible. We came across the place unexpectedly, and everything was so thoughtfully arranged. The apartment was clean, new, and tastefully decorated, and the owner was completely open and honest about the photos. He kindly left some essential supplies, then gave us an excellent introduction to the apartment, the location, and the surrounding area. It’s a relaxing place with popular attractions in the Valencian Community within easy reach.
