My stay at this Wyndham hotel was a disaster from beginning to end, easily one of my worst hotel experiences. The room was damp and uncomfortable, and a constant, foul sewage odor came from the bathroom. It felt unhealthy, and that's shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel presenting itself at this level. Housekeeping was nearly nonexistent: rooms were cleaned only once every four days, and guests were charged extra for clean towels between visits. Charging for basic hygiene is outrageous and embarrassing. Staff were unprofessional and dismissive, showed no interest in fixing anything, and didn't take complaints seriously. The hotel failed at cleanliness, service, and honesty. It isn't worth the money, and I strongly advise people to stay far away.

The location is excellent, quiet, and comfortable, with Cala Marçal's golden beach just 120 meters away. The hotel has been renovated beautifully, and the bedrooms are spacious with fully equipped kitchens. The gym and restaurant are top level, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Monica made our stay especially lovely, looking after us from the welcome drink right through to the end. She was like a mother to us. Please take good care of her. We had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, and breakfast was delicious and varied, with a nice buffet that had everything we needed.

The rooms were the weak point: there wasn't enough ventilation, humidity and lingering odors were an issue, and the soundproofing was poor. That all got in the way of comfort and rest, which matter most during a stay. The common areas were much more appealing, with an elegant reception, a welcoming bar, and a beautifully furnished restaurant. The resort has a refined feel, and the details in these spaces make you want to stay a while. Service and staff friendliness were impeccable throughout.

The room was very clean, but the bathroom felt cramped, and the toilet door nearly hangs over the toilet bowl. There are also very few outlets near the bed.
