My partner loved the swimming pool, and we found the place friendly and nice. It’s a great stop on the camino. We got in late after a day of walking, but they still rustled up some superb octopus even though the kitchen was closed.

A great stop on the camino, with a lovely pool and patio to relax on. This gorgeous countryside guest house is peaceful, and overnight guests can get simple, delicious meals even when the restaurant is closed. I’d love to return and try the restaurant.

We came here for a celebration, and the atmosphere was just right. The big grassy areas and swimming pool are great for keeping children entertained. The food could be better, though: the seafood arrived cold, and the meat was too oily.

I’ve never stayed there, simply because the timing hasn’t worked out, so I can only comment on the food. I’ve had their fantastic stew five or six times, with good wine, then crepes and pig’s ears to finish. For me, it’s a must-visit.
