The location worked so well, with the town centre, shops, and port less than a five-minute walk away, and Langosteira beach around 20 minutes on foot. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a bath. The living room looked welcoming, though I didn't get to use it. The staff were friendly and patient, and the reasonably priced massages were a lovely extra. I'd happily stay here whenever I come back to Finisterra. Thank you!

The breakfast cost €7.80 per person, but there were no protein choices, just mostly bread and sweets. It filled me up without leaving me satisfied, and felt cheap and unhealthy. The hotel is well placed for reaching the Faro by going straight ahead. After 400 km on the Camino de Santiago, we had spent nights in albergues with shared bathrooms and very basic conditions, then stayed here for two nights. This felt like a half-star hotel, if that were even a thing. The cistern kept running all night and made sleep really difficult, a bit like listening to snoring in the albergues. There was a suspicious mark on the blanket, which I barely used, and I doubt it was carpenter’s glue. I could hear the employees talking clearly from inside my room. The TV didn't work at first, but after a few tries the staff fixed it, which I appreciated. Finisterre itself is really only worth a visit for the views. The town isn't well cared for or especially attractive, and walking around the port wasn't particularly pleasant.

During my Camino stay, I was first assigned a room with some clear shortcomings. I told the manager straight away and asked to move, and they handled the request promptly. The replacement room was even better than I expected. I appreciated how polite and responsive the staff were.

When I came back for my bag, it was missing. Reception said a transport company had taken it by mistake and that it was with a driver 20-30 minutes away. I asked when he would arrive, but they said it could be an hour, two, or three, and wouldn't call him again. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the reception staff were extremely rude and took no responsibility. I had arrived early and asked to leave my luggage at the hotel. They agreed and showed me exactly where to put it. Even so, they said it was my fault for leaving it there and insisted it wasn't the hotel's responsibility. They also claimed I'd left it in the wrong place, which simply wasn't true. They said they'd message me once the bag was returned, but never did. They lost my luggage and blamed me for it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I stayed in a private double room and was really pleased with the mattresses, cleanliness, and those charming little touches. The price was good too, and the location makes this a great option for a good-value stay at the end of the Camino.
