Esther, the owner, made us feel very welcome and the service was excellent. The house itself was spotless, with lovely old furniture kept in great shape and thoughtful touches throughout the decor. The wooden ceilings are amazing, and the country house sits in an incredible setting.

I loved staying in this emblematic house in the center of town, with everything close at hand. It feels like stepping into another world, back to the late 1800s, and has everything you need. You can read quietly or have a barbecue, and it's easy to spend a week here feeling like you're in heaven. The treatment was wonderful, nothing was missing, and everything was so lovely. It's one of the best places around. If you're after a few pleasant days, choose the stable in Firgas. You won't regret it.
