The peaceful, cozy setting made it easy to unwind and enjoy Fontiveros. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everyone was warm and attentive, with a close-knit, family feel, and you can tell they put their heart into their work. Thanks so much for making us feel welcome. We’ll definitely return! 🌿

Martín and Conchi are such lovely people, and the service feels just as welcoming. The place is beautiful and spotless, and the food was spectacular. Since the recent change of ownership, they’ve transformed the whole place. There’s also a venue for larger celebrations, and they serve dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. A delicious meal here is hard to beat. We’ll be back!!!

That Sunday breakfast was amazing. The toast came freshly made on farmhouse bread, with really good butter and jam, and the coffee was delicious. They also serve homemade orange juice. The guy at the bar was so friendly and attentive. We’ll come back whenever we’re in the area.

We’ll definitely make more trips back for that special cocido, served with such care. It’s the best cocido we’ve ever had. My wife and I ate at Espacio de San Juan de la Cruz on December 14, 2025, while visiting Fontiveros from Burgos to see how they celebrate Saint John’s Day. The staff were kind and very professional. Highly recommended! 🤪💯🔥

The dining room and kitchen could use more staff. Everything was delicious, though, and it’s a family restaurant where the food is well-cooked.
