The bed felt like cheap foam, and the room was noisy, almost like sleeping on the street. I could also hear water constantly running through the walls. The rooms look dated, and the pool was ridiculous. I arrived to find hair in the shower and politely asked the receptionist to deal with it. Three hours later, the hairs were still there. She said the cleaning crew had taken care of it, but clearly they hadn't. Honestly, I think the four stars are only because they meet certain requirements, like having overnight reception. I wish I'd picked the three-star hotel my friends stayed at. It was much better.

The man at reception was the one bright spot. He helped as much as he could, but couldn't make up for a property that seemed not to have been cleaned or maintained properly for a long time. We'd traveled extensively in Spain, and this was the worst hotel we'd stayed in. Stay somewhere else. We were there for three nights. The hotel is centrally located, but it was a frustrating disappointment, and we won't return. Our first room had mold or mildew on the wall beside the bed. We were moved to an “upgraded” room that was only a little cleaner, though at least it had no mold. The furniture was worn, and the sheet was frayed and torn. The breakfast bar was another letdown. Food quality was marginal and items were missing. There was cereal, for example, but I couldn't find cold cow's milk for it. It wasn't vegetarian-friendly.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of good options. I stayed just one night and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is right in the heart of the city centre, and the room was huge, comfortable, and one of the best I've stayed in. The bathroom was spacious too, with both a bath and a shower. I'll definitely come back!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and a good size. There are lots of facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, and cafe. Superb, like the other Eurostar hotels in Spain. I'd absolutely recommend staying here on holiday or a business trip in Jerez de la frontera.
