The service was excellent.

It's a comfortable, really nice apartment, with a spacious living room and bedroom. Lots of windows look onto a courtyard, so the place gets plenty of light. That can be awkward, since people walking through can see you, and some start making noise as early as 7:30, which makes sleeping less comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. They supplied oil and salt, which I appreciated, and a coffee maker for ground coffee. I usually wish for a mop and dishcloth, especially when the kitchen is so dirty. A good place to stay, but there's no parking nearby.

I liked how well the stay fit in with the surroundings, and the friendly service too. Everything was perfect.

The worst treatment I've ever had. They were rude and dismissive, even commenting on how little I had to spend on vacation and saying €98 was no big deal. How much money someone has is nobody else's business. I booked last night, then they asked me to cancel because the house has leaks. If the houses are in poor condition, they shouldn't be listed. They take no responsibility and can't tell me when I'll get my money back, even though they clearly charged me.
