Phil made sure we felt comfortable and shared plenty of knowledge about the area, which gave us lots to explore in the beautiful countryside. We had a fabulous holiday.

The shower was clogged so badly that I couldn't use it for more than a minute without spraying water all over the bathroom. The entrance was filthy and covered in cat hair, and our room had two single beds instead of a double. We booked through Booking.com, then were told to cancel the room and pay in cash. When we arrived, they threatened to leave us sleeping on the street if we didn't pay cash. Do not go, they are scammers. I wouldn't recommend it. The refuge cost about €12 per person, and the facilities we saw were the same or better, or you could choose another hotel.

There’s a beautiful Romanesque church in the small village, which has few inhabitants and felt very safe. The place itself was quiet and clean, and the staff were really friendly. We had a very pleasant stay here at the start and end of our Cistercian Route tour.

We felt right at home in this cozy apartment, tucked into a beautiful, peaceful village. They looked after us wonderfully and had taken care of every last detail. We found the place while hiking the Cistercian Route, and it was absolutely worth staying. Everything we needed was there, and it was a lovely spot to enjoy the scenery and disconnect. The location was very quiet, and the stay was pleasant. Everything was very clean, the service was very good, and they paid attention to every detail. Breakfast was really complete.
