I had booked five nights starting today, but less than 24 hours before arrival my father was suddenly hospitalized in critical condition and is dying. I contacted the hotel right away and asked either to cancel with a fee or postpone the stay to a later date, offering to pay any price difference. They refused both options. I sent more messages asking them to reconsider and gave them one last chance to reply before I posted a public review. I got no response at all. The rigid policy was disappointing, but so was the complete lack of communication and basic human compassion. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who expects understanding in a medical emergency.

The location is great, but there are so many other hotels nearby that I wouldn't put up with the heat and noise here. There was no air conditioning, only a heater, and the bed was very hard. The shower stall was so small that I couldn't move without changing the water temperature. It was so hot that the front desk advised me to open the window, and then mosquitoes came in. Not a good place for the money.

8/10
The room was quite small and had neither a refrigerator nor a kettle, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. The location is great, right in the heart of Gran Via.

The location is great, but it doesn't feel like good value for money. The hotel seems to charge for its location, while the rooms are small and the breakfast options are barely there.

The rooms are a bit small, but the service is great and the location is excellent. All together, it's great value.
