Apartamentos Turísticos Casin

The studio was basic, but only two minutes from the beach. The floors weren’t very clean, though, and each evening when we got back, there were cockroaches in the apartment. Six nights, six cockroaches. I understand that the place is surrounded by nature, which is priceless, and I appreciated how quiet it was, but it really needs some pest control.

Being close to the sea and surrounded by nature were the only two good things for us. We didn’t enjoy the rest and won’t be back. The studio was extremely unclean, with a black floor and crumbs everywhere. The refrigerator was damaged, in bad shape, and clearly needed replacing. There was no sign of a welcome: no half bottle of water in the fridge, hand soap, toothbrush holder, or anything else in that “essential” category. There was also nowhere to store luggage after checkout, which was a first for us in five years on Formentera.

We loved the location and the local staff were really nice. The facilities were only okay, though. There wasn't even a kettle for making tea or coffee comfortably. We asked, and they brought one over, which was fantastic. Thanks so much!

Right by the beach, with a supermarket and Sol y Luna and Pelayo less than 20 meters away, Apartamentos Casin was a wonderful base in Formentera. The apartments were luxurious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's a spectacular spot surrounded by nature, lovely for time with family or friends.
