Hotel Roca Bella

The view straight out to sea was breathtaking, and the location was great, right by a little beach but still close to the center with a lovely walk. Breakfast was tasty and generous, and the staff were always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised by Roca Bella. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

The restaurant on the beach could be so much better, but the food quality and service there were really poor. The hotel itself has plenty of potential, though it feels like nobody is looking after it. Better upkeep, more cleaning, and more attentive staff would change the atmosphere a lot. We kept coming back since 2017 because the location is exceptional and the prices are good. You can hear the sea from every room, which is priceless for us. We mostly use the room to sleep while we're out all day, but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan to spend much time in your room. The rooms need more care, especially the bathrooms, which weren't clean enough. Breakfast was another letdown. The waitresses rarely greeted us, tables weren't cleaned properly, and unused cutlery was left for the next guest instead of being replaced. During the Covid19 period, that felt unacceptable, even if it might save water. Guests stood at the buffet without masks and took food with their hands, and staff didn't step in. I found that really disappointing.

Such a peaceful, quiet spot for a proper rest. The balcony had an amazing view, and I had one of the best massages I've ever had.

Really disappointing place. The staff were very unfriendly, and you apparently have to speak Spanish because you're in Spain.
