Apartagal-Playa de Llas, Foz

We’ve stayed here several times and will come back. Emma is always lovely and attentive. The furnishings are simple, but everything is extremely clean.

The pool was clean, but the slippery steps felt a bit unsafe, and I was surprised there were no loungers or hammocks. The location worked well, with a GADIS nearby, easy parking, a beach close by, and shops and bars in the area. We found the apartment spacious, bright, clean, and well maintained. MASQUESTAR were easy to reach before arrival and answered our questions. For three people staying seven days, though, the supplies felt inadequate: just two small toilet rolls, one trash bag, a tiny bottle of dishwasher liquid, and a small bottle of washing machine detergent. The clothespins were poor quality, and the broom and mop needed replacing. There was no fabric softener or hob cleaner, and we had only three towels for the whole week, one each. We also missed having a small welcome touch. When I raised this with MASQUESTAR, they apologized and said they would have provided an answer if they’d known. Maybe I should have messaged during the stay to ask for more towels or toilet paper, but instead I went to the supermarket and bought what I thought we needed.

The host was wonderful, and after four days at the Masquestar Rapadoira apartments we felt right at home. We’d definitely stay again.

Everything was great. I only wished there were a few more bathroom storage spots for toiletries and other things.
