The zucchini soup and walnut pudding were my favorites, and the food was even better than I expected. I really enjoyed the hotel and the natural surroundings. Nerea made everything feel so welcoming, and I was touched by how warmly and thoughtfully we were looked after. I’ll miss you and the hotel.

After two days in the city on the Camino, the rural setting at Bi Terra was a lovely change. The owner was attentive to what hikers needed and very personable, and everyone there was friendly. Breakfast and dinner were beautifully prepared local food, both excellent. Out of more than 30 great hotels and inns I stayed at on the Norte, this was a standout experience.

The beautiful countryside views are worth a little extra walking, especially if you enjoy seeing animals. I stayed at Bi Terra for three nights and was driven back and forth to my starting point each day. The rooms were comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing. Nerea was a wonderful host who worked incredibly hard, while her mother, Maria Carmen, made delicious meals with local ingredients. After walking almost all of the Camino Del Norte this year and staying in all kinds of places, including hotels, albergues, and two paradores, this is one of my favorites. I’d be lucky to visit again. Thanks!

The restaurant could make the meals vegan when asked, and they were delicious. This is a lovely countryside hotel on the Camino Santiago, with great hosts and plenty of garden space to relax in. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and spacious enough, with clean bathrooms and colorful interiors. It feels modern while keeping its historic shell.

The warm atmosphere from the couple running the hotel made me feel comfortable and welcome right away. The ambience and service are distinctive, and the food was exceptional. It was one of the highlights of my Camino trip, and I can highly recommend it to tourists and pilgrims.
