Casita con Barbacoa

The views were spectacular, and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. I loved it.

If you’re visiting El Hierro, this is the perfect place to stay. The apartment has everything you need and more, and both the location and views are unbeatable.

My partner’s mother had a heart attack and was admitted to hospital on Saturday. She’s now in the ICU in critical condition, with no clear timeline. I sent the hospital admission certificate and our family book to confirm everything, but they still said they couldn’t cancel or change the dates because they’d lose money. We suggested moving the booking, and they showed very little compassion. This is an exceptional situation nobody wants to face, and their response felt utterly inhumane. They’re refunding only €20. The service has been extremely disappointing, and I can’t recommend them.

I’m directly affected by this and absolutely can’t recommend them. My mother had a heart attack last Saturday and is in the ICU in critical condition, but they’ve completely disregarded what’s happening. I sent proof of her admission and even our family book so they could see it wasn’t a lie. They still refused both a cancellation and a date change, and told me not to call again because they simply didn’t care. They put profit ahead of a legitimate health emergency. Completely inhumane. NOT RECOMMENDED.
