It was okay.
The staff were so warm and helpful, and they guided us through the different services. My boyfriend chose a water jet massage and found it gentler; I went with the regular one and really liked the extra pressure. We both came out very relaxed and pleased with the experience. The place is quiet, with guests in separate rooms, even though others were there during our booked visit. There’s what you need to enjoy around three hours with company, or, if you go by yourself, to reconnect with yourself. Don’t expect much luxury, but I’d definitely go again for a relaxing day.
The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with nature all around, and it never felt crowded. The food was delicious, and the whole place was well cared for. What made the stay especially lovely was the team: Cristina and Loli were warm and professional at reception, María Baños was always ready to help, and Lucía looked after us so well in the dining room. The housekeeping staff were attentive, and the cook and assistant rounded out a wonderful group. Everyone made us feel at home and took care over the details. It’s an inviting, quiet spa with warm hospitality, and I’d happily recommend it and return.
The spa menu is pretty simple. I’ve visited several times, though, and it’s still worth staying for a few days. The town itself is small and has little to see, but the countryside nearby is spectacular, especially for hiking and scenic walks.
