B&B Villa Adria

We didn't even sleep there because the place was so disgusting. The sheets were dirty, and there were cobwebs in every corner, dead cockroaches behind the flower pots, and some still crawling on the walls. The service was regrettable too. I doubt anyone from health has checked the condition of the rooms in recent years. One star only because I couldn't give less. Think twice before booking.

We were a group of friends, and things seemed fine at first. Once we started settling in, though, we found cobwebs everywhere and cockroaches behind doors, in the bathroom, in the hallways, and even in the beds. The conditions were appalling, so we told the owner we were leaving, despite living an hour and a half away, and asked for our money back. We had paid cash when we arrived. She said she understood but couldn't refund us right then. Twenty-five days later, there's still been no explanation or refund. They've washed their hands of it. Very little professionalism or responsibility. I don't recommend this place.

We left because we didn't feel safe in the room and drove back to our town, an hour and 20 minutes away. We had only been there from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM, but now the owners say we checked in at 5:00 PM, which isn't true, and claim there was trash everywhere. The place was in terrible condition, unclean, covered in cobwebs and infested with cockroaches. Hygiene was clearly lacking, and the owners were incredibly irresponsible. They said they'd refund us, but now they're lying to avoid paying. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this guesthouse.

Even the beds had cockroaches on them, alive and dead, with cobwebs in every corner. It was more like a zoo, just disgusting. We couldn't bring ourselves to sleep there. The worst place I've ever been, Villa Cucaracha. NEVER BOOK HERE. They also delete negative reviews, so you don't see the reality of Villa Cucaracha.
