Exclusive apartment in Higueron west 217 in Fuengirola

The “Live” side is very good, with lots of space between the buildings and gardens that should be beautiful. I bought a sea view four years ago, but it’s already partly disappeared because of new developments. The “Work” part was heavily promoted four years ago, yet construction hasn’t even started, and there are rumours it may not be built. “Play” hasn’t lived up to expectations either. The homes are very nice and luxurious, but buying an apartment gets you a platinum lifetime membership said to be worth 8000 euros. There’s no flexibility: if you don’t pay about 2000 euros a year in monthly membership payments, you lose it. For someone who doesn’t exercise or use wellness facilities every day, or is only there for a few months, it’s an expensive and worthless arrangement. If you don’t pay extra, you’re left without a gym or indoor pool. It’s a very well thought-out marketing strategy from Higueron West, but it adds no value for a buyer. It’s actually another minus. The project could be so much better.

The view was incredible, and the establishment was wonderful. The service was courteous and the food was good.

Just so perfect.
