Breakfast came with the room, with bread, pastries, yoghurt, cereal and orange juice to choose from. The beds were comfortable, and the room was lovely and clean. Our hosts were so welcoming. There are plenty of walks nearby, but we were only passing through on our way to the ferry, so sadly didn’t get to explore the area.

The owner, John, was really friendly and even spent part of his evening showing us around his organic farm and introducing us to the animals. It’s a beautiful house out in the countryside, away from the beaten path.

The rooms worked well for us, with two showers, two toilets and two sinks. We stayed at this hostel for two days, and the service was excellent from the start. Sonia and Ion were very friendly, and they gave us a basket of organic produce and baked bread for us on Saturday morning. There’s also a wide range of activities. The hostel is a working farm with all kinds of vegetables and very friendly animals, including Patxi (the donkey) and Felissa. It’s easy to reach from several directions. Thanks so much for the hospitality. I’m grateful to Sonia, Ion and Patxi for a wonderful weekend.
