Cabañas de madera Sanabria

The cabin was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was great. But it had no view and was simply one cabin among three others in the same space. The bedding left a lot to be desired; some fresher linens would have suited the season better. The TV only had four channels. This winter cabin is really just somewhere to sleep, with no luxuries.

The grounds were pretty, the gardens were well kept, and the place itself is beautiful. Still, the kitchenware was worn and could use an upgrade. We stayed for a week in a cabin for two with our two dogs, and I don't think charging extra for the dogs is fair. Getting there was tricky if you don't know the area. The signs are hard to see, and no one was there to explain things when we arrived; another guest on holiday had to point us in the right direction. Looking around on Google Maps reveals some lovely spots, but the landlady didn't offer any suggestions.

Javi was excellent and gave us helpful recommendations for things to do nearby. The cabins are in a beautiful natural setting and have everything needed for a perfect stay. Choosing to visit was a great decision. Absolutely recommended, especially if you're looking for somewhere near Lake Sanabria.

Pili was a wonderful host, attentive to every little detail. The cabins are beautiful and fully equipped, with fantastic heating, and the location is unbeatable. We brought our two dogs and they had a great time. The whole property is enclosed, though each cabin's own garden is unfenced.
