I booked a night through Booking.com for December 30th to 31st. Then they called saying it had been a mistake because Christmas bookings had to be for at least 3 nights, and cancelled my reservation, leaving us with nowhere to stay. That explanation was false as well, since they still show single-night bookings as available throughout December and January. Don't trust them when you book. A horrible experience.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and everything went perfectly.

The house next door was under construction, so it was very noisy. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the stairs, and no Wi-Fi.
