The hotel was easy to spot from a distance, and it's close to the beach, which I really liked. I did see a live cockroach in the street, though it was only one and it scared me. The rooms and corridors were very clean, and the receptionist was friendly and spoke English. Some other staff spoke little or no English, which wasn't so good, but I still had a nice stay. After a really bad hotel experience in Gran Canaria, this place felt like an insane step up. The breakfast was free, and the pastries and bacon were delicious. It was also where I first started liking coffee. The only other downside was that the elevator got stuck once with me and my dad inside.

Very child-friendly, with excellent staff, but the food was poor. The hotel itself is basic. Underground parking cost 12€ per day in October.

We spent six days in Gandia on a family holiday and thought the facilities felt new. The food was fantastic, the service amazing, and the staff very accommodating, especially the receptionists. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach. Since we were travelling with children, the one thing I'd improve is having colouring available at the staff bar when the animation team isn't there.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were very attentive. I especially want to mention waiter, Kira. She was so polite, friendly, and professional, and her service always put us in a good mood. A brilliant hotel, and we'll definitely be back.
