We came from Toledo and had to find another apartment ourselves so we wouldn't be left without a place to stay. The listing showed a washing machine and everything brand new, but there was no washing machine, the refrigerator was rusty and dirty, the shower had cold water and was grimy, and the doors were warped. We had to unpack and quickly repack our suitcases because the apartment didn't match the photos. They pressured us to leave right away if we wanted to cancel. Now they're charging me 10 euros for sheets, even though we didn't make or use the beds, and the listing never mentioned a sheet charge. It's disgraceful. I've filed a complaint, calling them scammers, thieves, and shameless liars. Don't book here, it'll save you a lot of trouble.

My family had to leave straight away because the accommodation was crawling with ants and other insects. We asked to cancel and get a refund through Booking.com, the third-party booking platform, but got no answer. The accommodation apologized and said we were within our rights, yet still didn't respond. That's outrageous, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This is completely unacceptable. Making a mistake, apologizing for it, and taking responsibility are three different things.

There were 10 of us due to arrive from Madrid on Wednesday, October 30th, for the November 2024 long weekend. Our reservation was made through Booking.com. Because of the tragic events in Valencia, travel was impossible: our train tickets were canceled and the road was closed. I contacted them on Wednesday. They offered either to let me choose another date on the 30th, which I couldn't do at that point, or to refund 50% because we were canceling less than seven days before check-in. I chose the partial refund. Under those circumstances, their lack of flexibility and empathy says a lot. Other people in our group got full refunds for bookings at one of the RH chain hotels. We canceled because of force majeure.

We paid €179.80 for two nights for two girls, and this accommodation was not cheap. Yet it was nothing like the apartment I booked, and it wasn't beachfront as advertised. I felt unsafe as soon as I arrived because the windows and doors had no locks. The neighbors were so noisy that sleeping all night was impossible, and the neighborhood was awful. The apartment was filthy, with giant cockroaches, stained, disgusting sheets, and a sofa in the same condition. Towels cost €3 each, and they said it would cost 25 euros to enter before 5:00 AM. The receptionist said it had already been cleaned when we picked up the keys. They also demanded a €200 deposit, the largest we've ever been asked for this kind of booking, despite there being no valuables. I asked the receptionist for a better apartment because this one was in such poor condition. She warned me to assess the damage so they wouldn't charge me, but I didn't think I should have to inspect damage when the apartment ought to be ready for the next guest. I was already uneasy as I approached, and the state of the place confirmed my fears. It was obviously not what I expected when I rented this pricey accommodation. The receptionist said we might be moved to the hotel where we picked up the keys the next day, but that never happened. She did check on me, though. Honestly, anyone trying to take everything here would lose money. Very disappointed. NEVER GO TO APARTA
