APARTAMENTO EN 1º LINEA DE LA PLAYA DE GANDIA

This was my second stay with them, and I've rented from them several times. In apartment 11, one bathroom had such a bad smell that it was unusable. The guy who took the keys when I checked out gave very good service. I hope they can sort out the smell.

Nothing seemed clean, and the TV looked like a toy. The apartment was incredibly old and dirty. The bedrooms were shameful, and the kitchen, living room, switches, and outlets all looked ancient. Even the TV in "Cuéntame" is more modern. I hadn't seen anything saying check-in was only from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM or that checkout was at 10:00 AM. In practice, you have to be handing in the keys by 10:00. It's a rip-off.

We had agreed on a check-in time, but the apartment wasn't ready, so we spent over five hours waiting out on the street. When I went to raise it politely, the woman in charge slammed the door in my face and locked it, as if we were a nuisance. The way we were treated was aggressive and completely unprofessional. They didn't keep their promises, and they kept my money. This felt like a scam dressed up as accommodation. I'll never return, and anyone thinking of booking should think twice.

The maintenance is awful, and the value for money is terrible. The showers don't work, there are bad smells and cockroaches, and despite charging for air conditioning, there's no hot water. The microwave is rusty and in terrible shape, as shown in the photos. Repairs take more than two days after you ask. They were meant to come at 10 am to clean the pipes but never showed up. The apartments are dirty and badly neglected. The faucets are old and loose, the towel racks are broken, and the doors and windows don't close properly. The parking space is dreadful too, with a car parked in front that makes it impossible to maneuver.
