If you want to pay for a place where you can't come and go independently, this might suit you. The owners seem to take an oddly long time to open the door for customers.

I stayed nearby for a week, and one evening I only needed three minutes and about 30 cm of the owner's parking space to unload my three sleeping children. He came out and made a scene, and wouldn't listen when I explained I would move the car farther away right after. In the end I parked far from my home, woke all three kids, each under five, and carried them several hundred metres. The boss showed no empathy for people at all. Spend your money somewhere the people deserve it, and avoid this place.

The people were nice, and the air conditioning and bathroom were okay. Water pressure was good, too. The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, there were bars on the window, and the small tub had no plug, so it was shower only. It's close to the beach and port area, but there’s no lift.
