Hugo Beach Hotel

The spa was relaxing, and on Saturday night we got the lovely bonus of live music. We also liked having a big outlet right next door for shopping. At restaurant Nest, the food was delicious, with local dishes given an interesting twist. The fish was fresh and very good, the meat was good too, and the pistachio tiramisu is a must-try. My mother and I had a wonderful weekend at Hotel Hogo. The service was great, and the cozy comfort with a little touch of luxury made it a memorable stay. Thanks for such a perfect atmosphere. 10/10, we’ll be back!

I was disappointed by the pet charge. Pets are supposed to stay free, but once we got there we were told there’d be a €30 surcharge if any pet hair was found. We travelled with two quilts to cover the beds and checked them when we left. The beds were free of hair, but I’d say don’t bring pets.

Restaurants, cafes, and bars are right outside the door, and the staff are really welcoming and helpful. It’s a great-value hotel in a great location. I’ve already booked another stay for a couple of weeks from now. 😁😁

The receptionist was amazing during my two-night stay, and the place gets plenty of sunshine. It’s around a 6 to 10 minute walk to the beach, though the rooms aren’t very clean. Housekeeping were complaining right in front of the evidence. I could also hear every conversation at reception from my room, which was annoying. I’d still recommend it, but choose a room away from the stairs.
