They misled me about the nightclub next to the flat, swearing it had lost its licence and closed down. They also wouldn't let me speak with the building administrator to find out about possible upcoming repairs. I bought the property and spent a lot of money renovating it, only to find that the pool had been leaking for years, something the owner hadn't disclosed, and that the building needed all sorts of repairs. Then, on the day my first guests arrived after the costly renovation, noise started up next door because the nightclub was opening for the season. After spending over 200k on a flat by the beach, I'm not a happy bunny. They'll tell you anything to make a sale and always side with the seller. There are no laws here to protect against lies. Total scammers. Terrible experience.

The price felt steep, though being close to the beach and restaurants helped make up for it. The bathrooms are lovely, and linens and shower towels are provided. The beds were fine, but leaving the windows open at night made the apartment really cold. The layout is good, and there’s air conditioning, though the apartments themselves are pretty average. The sofa was stained and so dirty we covered it with a sheet. It needs a wash.

The only thing keeping this from five stars is the lack of parking. The apartment was comfortable and quite clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool. Staff were very helpful, with a supermarket nearby and the beach about 300 meters away. There are plenty of hostels in the area. Towels, an iron and ironing board were provided, but there was no hairdryer. I’d happily come back.
