We settled in for two weeks and were very happy here. It’s a rustic cabin on a mountain overlooking a gorge, just right for adventurers and active holidaymakers, with everything you need. You share the terrace with geckos and millipedes, and sheep wander past now and then. It’s also a great place for birdwatching.

It’s an unusual, charming spot, simple but special and away from the tourist hotspots. Garafia is only seven minutes away, with a supermarket, two restaurants, and a lovely little tavern. The tavern is for breakfast, not dinner. Everything you need to cook your own meals is provided.

The little house is rustic and adorable, with everything needed to feel at home. Set high on the mountain, the finca has endless nature, complete quiet, and views that go on forever. It’s breathtaking. I’d stay here if I could! 😊
