Gran Hotel Los Ángeles Hotel

Breakfast was very limited, and the food quality was poor. The WiFi was there but wouldn’t connect to the internet. My room was large, but outdated and dirty, with a strong unpleasant smell and stains on the table and sheets. Staff didn’t speak English, so communicating was impossible. I can’t see how this could be a four-star hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The restaurant was surprisingly good, and the clean room was fine. The hotel is close to the motorway, but it wasn’t especially noisy. Having a separate room with a parking space was convenient. The WiFi was weak, but otherwise there were no problems.

The staff were really helpful, and the Cafetería served delicious food. We found the location very convenient for Parqué Warner, and there was free parking right outside the room. Our four-person room was comfortable and quiet, and the cleanliness deserves five stars. Thanks for making the stay memorable.

The reception employees were nice and helpful, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The internet was worse than 3G, there were no international TV channels, and the highway was only 50m from the room, so you could hear the cars. The restaurant was old and grimy. In the room, the bed was too hard, creaked when I changed sleeping sides, and nearly fell apart. The pillows were too big and bad, and there were only blankets instead of a quilt. The room itself felt extremely old, like it was from the 70s. I can’t believe the reviews calling this a good hotel. This place has changed how I see four-star hotels and, to me, messes up the whole star system. It felt more like a motel.
