The rooms and all the other areas were impeccably clean, and the staff were helpful and courteous. Special mention to Sara, one of the room cleaners, who was very kind, friendly, and always available. Breakfast and dinner were excellent for me, with plenty of food and options. Fantastic hotel in an excellent location.

The upgrade to a larger family room facing the ocean was fab and much appreciated. Our room was lovely, and the evening shows were excellent. Staff were generally attentive and friendly, and the all-inclusive food and drink were good, with Cruzcampo and cava included. We took taxis to and from the hotel, and the drivers were really friendly and chatty. Our seven-year-old loved the pools, air hockey, table tennis, and playground. The amazing beach was a very short walk away. My elderly father uses a wheelchair, and the accessible walkway running along the beach meant he could join us. Accessibility was good overall and we could get around the area, though some potholes and damaged sidewalks need repair. Menorca is a beautiful island with gorgeous sunsets. This trip was special because I first came here for a holiday abroad 30 years ago, and it was lovely to return with Dad and relive those memories. I’d recommend the hotel and area to families looking for a quiet, relaxing break.

The room had a lovely sea view and was quiet and comfortable. Good amenities and facilities, friendly and efficient staff who were ready to help, and plenty of entertainment to choose from during the day and at night if you wanted it. There were good food choices too, and the location was great for getting to town and the beach. Can’t fault our stay, and we’d happily return.

Menorca was perfect on my second visit. I travelled alone with my four-year-old while 26 weeks pregnant, and the hotel’s entertainment was really good. My child loved the kids club. Thanks to Edu, Iker, Chema, Veronica, Rocio, Marra, and Christian, you were amazing. The activities, like painting T-shirts, making superhero capes, and creating clay trees, gave me some time to relax and rest. We’ll definitely be back very soon!
