Hotel Neguri

The value is great because the hotel is very cheap. It’s a small family place with just a few rooms and more of a B&B feel. The safe neighborhood is quite close to the seafront, which is nice, though rooms facing the road can be noisy because traffic is surprisingly heavy. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but rather bland and could use refurbishment. Breakfast was OK, and service was minimal.

The staff were so helpful and always had big smiles. The hotel is really nice, close to the famous beach, with a great restaurant right beside it.

The old building is nicely decorated and very close to the sea, but it needs more maintenance. In the bathroom there was no holder for the shower hose, and the door stuck after closing, which felt dangerous since there are no employees after 9 pm. Breakfast was decent and had freshly squeezed orange juice, but no eggs and not very good coffee. They should improve the breakfast and do more upkeep.

I stayed at this hotel from 18-24. The second floor is a dump in the attic, with dirty walls, flies and mosquitoes. There were holes in the bathroom walls, and cockroaches came out of them. On the 1st floor, in the double room, there were mosquitoes and cockroaches everywhere. You can see the pictures. I bought the International breakfast, but there wasn’t an egg or scrambled eggs during my whole stay. The milk was awful, more water than milk, and the cheese was bad. When I arrived, there were croissants that had already been sitting there, and they were reheated every day. This hotel embarrassed resort Algorta. I don’t recommend it!
