I'm a neighbor of one of the apartments they manage. I called them after seeing an employee trying to force the apartment door open. At first I thought someone was trying to squat there, but it turned out the employee had lost the key. Seeing how they handle the places they manage makes me doubt they'll treat their clients any better.
