La Comuna by Bon Dia Residences

Easy, flexible check-in and check-out, and a roomy, cozy apartment with everything you could want. La Comuna downstairs has the best coffee, and the sporty, laid-back atmosphere is all around. Right in the old town, a perfect place to soak up beautiful Girona. Love it, 10/10, we’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is spacious and modern, with central air conditioning that’s a real blessing in summer. It’s a central, quiet place with all the amenities you could need. Celeste, the housekeeping staff member, made it feel like home, and Aisha, the manager, was always attentive to guests. This is a great spot for cycling or triathlon fans. Girona really breathes these sports, and you often see elite athletes around. The public pool CEiCG is walkable for swim training, and there are excellent running paths. Devesa Park is literally one block away.

The apartment is beautiful and original, with a perfect location. If you’re patient, you should be able to find free parking out front. We cooked breakfast each morning in the good kitchen, though the cafe downstairs is well worth a visit. The bed was great, and the cleaning ladies were lovely. Aisha was easy to communicate with, and the interactive website is very useful if you have questions. The wine store across the street is worth visiting, and there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes’ walk.

There’s plenty of room here, and it’s easy to reach both the old town and the road. Isha, our contact, was super helpful and quick to respond, which made the stay much more enjoyable. Cyclists will find it really convenient. There’s also a great cafe downstairs for breakfast and lunch, with awesome food and service. Parking can be a bit of an issue, so get the details before you arrive to make things easier.
