The owner was kind, but that was about the only bright spot. For the price, the stay was poor value, and it was the worst one we had during our month and a half of traveling in Spain. The rooms felt damp and smelled, and the walls were so thin we could hear people in other rooms. Our room for four was really only suitable for two adults, and using the kitchen cost an extra €3. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the single-pane windows left us cold at night, so we had to use our sleeping bags, and there was no breakfast or dinner option. It also wasn’t very clean.

A peaceful spot in a mountain valley, with the coast an easy drive away and good restaurants nearby. The host was really friendly, and the accommodation was good quality.

María Ángeles was lovely, always attentive and friendly, and made everything easy for us. The house was comfortable, had all the amenities, and offered great views with easy access and parking. Lekeitio beach is only about 10 minutes away. It’s an ideal place for a holiday, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We’d love to come back with our children and spend more time exploring this beautiful region. It’s a peaceful place surrounded by nature, and the owner gave us a very warm welcome. We don’t speak Spanish, but we still managed to communicate. Maria was kind and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏

Mari Ángeles made us feel right at home and took care to make sure everything was just right. The homemade breakfasts were fit for a king. We’ve just finished our vacation here, and loved the idyllic, peaceful natural setting and the hospitality. We’ll definitely return and recommend her.
