AB Pension Granada - Hostel

Really good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with shared bathrooms, so there’s no need to spend a lot on a hotel.

We stayed two nights and it was perfectly fine for that. It seemed clean, the WiFi worked well, and it’s close to the car parks. They left our keys in a lock box, which made evening self check-in easy. It’s pretty basic and there’s nothing especially memorable about it. We didn’t see any staff while we were there. It was noisy outside, but Spain was playing in the football World Cup during our visit, so I can’t really blame the pension for that.

A comfortable, refurbished pension close to the city centre, with clean rooms and free WiFi. There aren’t many services, but it’s a good base for a few days, on a bus route and near a taxi rank. English, French and Spanish are spoken. The price is very good for what you get. All rooms have air conditioning, and most have ensuite bathrooms. There’s also off-site parking and left luggage.

We couldn’t sleep at all because our room was so loud, with a bar underneath that stayed open until 5am. The room was awful, and so were the bathrooms. We’d booked two nights but left after the first because it was too bad to stay longer.
