We only stayed one night and paid €62 for two bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. It was perfect for us, with our appointment just a five-minute walk away. The reception staff were patient, kind, and very helpful. They showed us where the appointment was and helped arrange food delivery to the front gate. When we found the television faulty, they checked it and replaced it right away. There's air conditioning too, and the place has a big pool, table tennis, and a gym. I'd recommend it.

When my daughter moved into the ground-floor apartment, it had a terrible cockroach problem. I killed over 30. They moved her upstairs to a much nicer, cleaner apartment, and she hasn't had any trouble with cockroaches since. I've heard the whole ground floor has an ongoing problem.

There's not much around the complex in terms of cafes or shops, and it's a fair way from the city. Still, the apartment is very comfortable and reasonably priced for somewhere to sleep.

For a student residence, it was very good and perfectly adequate. Its location is the downside: it’s near a dangerous neighborhood and far from the city center.
