We’ve been traveling through Spania for the past month, and the apartment we rented in Granada was one of our best stays for the money. It’s right in the heart of the tourist area, 100 meters from Piazza Nueva, with all its nighttime activity. It’s also on the way to the Alhambra, a 30-40 minute walk, and 5-7 minutes by bus from Albaicin, the old city. The apartment was nice and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, a good bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It had what we needed for a pleasant stay. Heating comes from two reverse air conditioning units and a portable electric one. Communication with the management team was good. We’d very much recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Granada, and we’d be happy to stay again if we return.

What an arrogant, stupid guy. This place should close! Share this! Stop spending money on such a crappy service.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the apartments were dirty. There was hair on the sheets, along with receipts and tissues, and more hair behind the nightstand and under the bed. They said they’d refund the cleaning fee, but keep putting it off. They also won’t send an invoice.

My vehicle was damaged, so I asked them to reimburse me. I sent over all the details from the tow truck and repair shop, everything, but they flatly refused. They showed not a shred of understanding.
